There's still no way to delete libraries (even from advanced administration). The "delete library" button in the advanced admin doesn't do anything, so it's unclear if #1866 was ever fixed.

I'm experiencing the same. "Delete Library" button in Admin interface does nothing and I don't see any other method to delete.

All deletes in advanced admin are currently broken, unfortunately (#3312). The #issue in #1866 got resolved in that it was at that point possible in advanced admin, but that's since broken again. I should add a proper button to remove libraries, seeing as I'm considering removing advanced admin anyway.
