Display registered stubs with NetConnectNotAllowedError #29

Rubys webmock gives you a list of registered stubs, which is very helpful when trying to figure out why the stub you set up isn't working/matching. I've got a proof of concept I put together so unless it's being worked on already I could make a PR (and get some helpful feedback because my implementation is very crude).
