Rows with missing code in country csv files

why there are rows with missing for "original_code" and "original_name"? see example ligne 55 of AT

Hi Martin!
We did this to a few countries whenever we encountered two or more crops in one row. Here for example, it's Potatoes / Field Vegetables in one row, and we therefore split the row into two and mapped it once to potatoes and once to fresh_vegetables. These entries are usually infrequent and cover very little area in the countries, but we wanted to offer people mappings for both crops.
