Temporary buildings expired

As this is becoming a new thing in game, and quite many buildings can be disseminated in the city, I would like to suggest a list of expired buildings that lost their temporary higher level. This would help the player keep the city up to date, to its fullest potential.
This mechanics is becoming increasingly difficult to follow as temporary levels or buildings use different timers, and some buildings are not very graphically different whether they're at their ascended or degraded/inactive level.
