windows 11, driver fails upon waking from hibernate

the driver works fine and detects the drive on boot. Files work fine in linux and windows. I share a steam and emulation library using it.

In windows hibernating and then waking up the device cases the driver to no longer load properly. It says the driver is missing or can't be started. The device must be rebooted to get it detected again.

If more information is require please provide troubleshooting steps so I can assist in tracking down the problem. This nehavior didn't start until recently. Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver didn't fix it.
