Avatar for profiles

1. Copy avatar file to directory inside of masques root.
2. Store path in file table, and link it to profile table.
3. Load avatar path every time profile is loaded.

Eventually we will need:

1. Resize/crop image as appropriate.

2 and 3 are done. Now looking into copying the file.
