Problem with the layer A and B given with the program

Hello,
If I'm loading the layer for FS2020 in the X-Touch Mini, nothing works in FS
And, if I'm using original layers, all is working in FS but not well with encoders (because of relative2 mode)
does anyone have layers that work properly?

I found the problem, this is not this layers, just my X-Touch have a problem to keep the layers in memory so it will return back to the factory
