Describe the Issue

While using the activity tracker example, adding a new row will often blank data from previous rows

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a new row and populate it with data.
2. Repeat step 1. Intermittently, previous rows will lose data when the new row is added.

Expected Behavior

I expect previous rows to retain their data when a new row is added.

I've just realised that this issue does not occur if the .MD file is closed and reopened before a new row is added.
