当有多条规则时，测试了很多遍，只有一条规则会被执行，不论是否匹配到，其他规则都不会去匹配，是什么原因造成的呢

目前的设计就是这样：

when
        $log : LogEntry(index == "log_app_2", $msg : message)

一种数据，只有一个处理规则
