Create a tool for red list evaluations.

Criteria:

• Easy to use and fetch data from laji.fi
• Possible to calculate areas of convex hulls
• Possible to calculate 2 km x 2 km grid cells
• Possible to exclude / include observations from aforementioned analysis
• Possible to inspect observations' attributes
• Works in a browser (in Rahti?)
• People can work simultaneously and see others' evaluations
• People can see how analysis are made (e.g. see what data is processed, which observations are excluded)
• Access to the private data
• Authentication system also for people who can't access the public authority portal
