Incompaible messages in queue worker_discovery create infinite loop

Between the sdk_version 0.10 and 0.11, there was a breaking change in the message sent in the queue worker_discovery. It was creating a infinite discovery of workers.

One solution could be to delete the queue when starting stepflow
