improve workflow definition endpoint

Add the ability to filter with these new parameters:

• versions: take a array of version that requires to matches. The latest is also a valid value and return the last version for a workflow identifier
• right_action: allow to filter with action right
• mode: will select the returned informations, can be full of simple
• search: will search part of the word in the workflow identifier and workflow label
