The fields editor needs some improvements:

• Also show predefined fields
• Don't show the type (not really necessary)
• Drag to reorder
• Change field name (only custom fields), especially important for imports from external files
• Delete field (only custom fields)
• Add custom field
• Bug: wrong placement of delete custom field link when scrolling sidebar
