UI freezes if phone sleeps with another app in the foreground

If you lock the phone and it enters sleep while you have any other app but the launcher in tje foreground, then the launcher UI freezes but you can still interact with it (open app drawer, open apps). Attached is a video showcasing it

Please provide logs as this never happened to me before.

Logs can be exported in the launchers settings.

If the launcher becomes entirely unresponsive after triggering this, force stop the launcher from
system settings > apps > "Fokus launcher"

and then export logs (logs survive app restarts).
