Just follow the steps below.
- Download the software, unzip it.
- Change the names in
names.jsoninto your flatmate ones. - Open the
exefile and you can see the names appear on the screen. - Type the item names, prices, choose the payer and payees. You can just type the simple expressions in the
Priceand it will calculate automatically. (Thanks to Math Expression Evaluator) - Press the button on the right to submit data into bills.
- After finishing all the bills, press
Calculateand you will see how much one should pay to others and also how much everyone cost in the period. - You can also export everything into
XLSXto record everything.
