关于.vue文件中背景图片路径，打包到生产环境路径404的问题修复 #6

原理很简单，在build目录下找到utils.js中的ExtractTextPlugin.extract({}),里面添加publicPath: '../../'

就可以轻松搞定生产环境背景图片404的问题，具体方法可以参考我的vue-admin-spa源码。
