Templates do not really work

Due to consequences in the way the templates keyword is implemented in Icinga2, those templates often do not work as expected (Icinga/icinga2#8178). Instead the import ( https://icinga.com/docs/icinga2/latest/doc/17-language-reference/#template-imports ) keyword (once per template) should be used instead.
