Rename content-script.js to be more informative in the console

PEP Tooltip writes a few logs in the brower console:

Currently, they are show as emitted by content-script.js, which is not very informative about which extension caused this log (even if it's in the message).

I'll certainely reaname it pep-tooltip.js instead.
