Simplify Choose License

I think here you can perhaps simplify - the topic of licenses is hard to get an overview as is and this section I think I find a little overwhelming thinking about someone who is new. What are your thoughts?

I agree the whole part on licensing is quite intimidating – this also has been noted before (#13). As a consequence of that previous discussion, I added short TL;DR notes to each of the pages on licensing (i.e., Copyright and Choose a License).

And I am also open to specific suggestions how to simplify these pages. However, at the same time I feel all of these things are also very important, so I am struggling a bit on what to delete. Do you have any particular point where you feel the page "Choose a License" becomes unnecessarily complicated?
