Why Are you requesting commit access ?

Hello! I am from the ChromeOS LLVM Toolchain team at Google. I've been working on our downstream LLVM for about 4 years now. Despite this fact, I've never actually bothered to get commit access.

Requesting commit access now, as I would like to do some work in compiler-rt/lib/scudo with Christopher Ferris.
