Add version history for tag-only 1.x versions

As of the time of writing, while the version history section has been added to the prerelease documentation, several versions have incomplete change lists; this is in part a consequence of them being represented only by tags on the main repo. These versions-- 1.4.1 through 1.7.2-- need complete lists of the changes that occurred in each (and the WIP notice removed), in line with the other v1.x versions.

As a sidenote, I'd like to state that I in fact already have made preparations for a v3.1.x page. This to hopefully prevent someone from doing the same. :)
(As should be obvious, as it is not yet welcome, I have no intentions to PR it for now.)

Noting quickly that probably this is best done by checking differences between tags (e.g. lk-arpg/lorekeeper@v1.4.0...v1.4.1)... Ideally some amount of cross-referencing the announcements channel in the server would be involved, but given that'd be a bit finicky to pin down to these tags (which were added later), I'm not too pressed about adhering to the language used there as long as whatever's recorded here covers the contents of each version sufficiently!
