chaos center configure environment change option is not working

What happened:
Litmus version 3.91

chaos center website

when create new environment and then enable chaos. Configure Chaos Infrastructure modal has two options if choose cluster wide access changes option is working well but Specific namespace access is choosed changes option is not working
