Fix iPad target build errors

iPad scheme has build errors for missing types: EligibleTeams, MessagesController, ContentView not in scope. These appear to be target membership issues -- the types exist in the codebase but are not included in the iPad build target. Pre-existing issue, not caused by the AppDelegate removal.
