【全屏模式】选中app图标向右移动无法新建应用页面 #366

[前置条件]

启动器全屏模式下，仅有一页应用显示，切应用至少有两个及以上

[步骤]

1、打开启动器，点击右上角进入启动器全屏模式。
2、选择任意一个app图标，点击向右移动

[结果]

无法新建应用页面

[期望]

拖动app图标向右移动可以新建应用页面
