Menu: Restart Network no longer exists.

Reproduce steps:

1. Login to Linksys Now.
2. Go to Menu.

Actual result:
There is no Restart Network option on the Menu page. It was available in a previous version.

Expected result:
Please confirm whether Restart Network is intentionally removed in the USP version, or whether it should be retained.

We currently place these 2 features on the Administration page. Please let us know if you still feel that the menu is a better place.
