WiFi Settings: Guest WiFi has no Security mode option

Reproduce steps:

1. Login to Linksys Now.
2. Go to Menu > WiFi Settings.
3. Look at the guest WiFi card.

Actual result:
The guest WiFi card has no Security mode option, unlike the Main WiFi card (which offers WPA2-Personal, etc.). The security type of the guest network cannot be configured.

Expected result:
The guest WiFi card should provide a Security mode option.

Root-cause analysis

Same root cause as #1040: the guest AccessPoint reports an empty Security.ModesSupported on FW 1.2.2, so the app has no security modes to offer and the Security mode selector cannot be rendered.

Evidence from a TR-181 dump on FW 1.2.2 (Pinnacle 2.0 v1.2.2.26062820):

AP.3 / AP.4 are the guest access points (SSIDReference → SSID.3 / SSID.4, SSID name Linksys00004-guest). The Security mode dropdown is populated from ModesSupported; with an empty list there are no options to present.

FW fix required

The guest AccessPoint must report the supported security modes in Security.ModesSupported, consistent with the Main AccessPoints (which return None,WPA2-Personal,WPA3-Personal,WPA3-Personal-Transition,OWE). Until FW populates this for guest APs, the guest security type cannot be configured.

This is tracked together with #1040, which shares the same empty-ModesSupported root cause.
