[FEATURE] add button for flushing Application folder

Sometimes the Application folder needs to be flushed (cleared). This could be done via a button in the SPA instead of manually connecting to the server and rm -rf the whole thing.

You mean the Data/SurfCaptain/<Project> Folder on the SurfCaptain Server? I agree.
