Redesign /player/bots page, to feature more bots.

We want more featured bots. But the top of the page is "full" in the current design. So maybe?

Tiers? Like broadcasts or blogs, diffrent "tiers" of featured. ( Probably not, and a big maybe - but groups is something to ponder as many bots have "variants", like maia and leela. Maybe that's just engine? ( put all sf variants in a group? A userselected # engine tag?)
With tiers, maybe something like broadcast calendar is possible?

Decouple from the Verified tag - since we may want verified bots that don't have the highest tiers.
Would also be nice to not sort BOT's by total games, but amount of bot v humen games? ( Or vs humen playtime?) Whatever data ( that we can use) that best sorts bots humens wants to play, is how we want to sort them on the page where humen players can find BOT opponents.

Note: The featured checkmark is also shown in the new app. So if we change something, likely update the API doc's and create a mobile issue.

If you are a bot owner and have opinions about this, here and now is a great idea to post them.

PS. No need to show BOT title or online status, as the page should only show online bots.
