Only works when starting in fullscreen mode

If you try to start it in windowed mode on PC, it will crash instantly - you can only avoid this by forcing RetroArch Phoenix to start in fullscreen mode.

I'm unable to reproduce this on OS X 10.8.3, or my (outdated) Ubuntu VM. Sounds like it may be a memory access issue. I will look into it, but any more info would be helpful.
