Should app binaries be put in `bin` instead of `build/bin`?

Currently the app binaries goes into build/bin, I think it makes more sense to put them in bin like lfc does?

This can be achieved by either:

1. Using CMAKE_INSTALL_BINDIR and CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX and calling cmake --target install
2. Copying the files over from build/bin, where lfc initially puts them, to bin
