How does CSV file merging work in the context of modding? Suppose I create a mod that modifies a single data entry in a CSV file. Later, I install another mod that also edits a different entry in the same CSV file. How are these changes handled when both mods are active? Will the edits merge seamlessly, or could there be conflicts depending on how the mods are structured?

Hello, as of now the way the mod works is only at the patch level. For example, if you edit the English text in app_text01.dx11.mvgl (where 01 is the language code for English text), you can only create a patch file named patch_text01.dx11.mvgl.
To use two mods at the same time, the best way is to manually merge them into a single mod.

As for the TEXT tool, it can only help you merge all the .csv files into one file so that you can more easily compare them. Try out all the features in it and see if any of them are useful for you.
