Would it be possible to make the following changes:
- Could we make the windowing examples greyscale? This may make it clearer what windowing is.
- The CT scroll gif - is there a bug in the rendering code? The window level of the liver changes as the image is scrolled! This may be an unavoidable gif compression problem...
