Fixed bugs

- Fix "\JiraRestApi\JsonMapperHelper::class" syntax error, unexpected 'class' (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or '{' or '$' on PHP 5
- Fix for curl_setopt(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when an open_basedir is set
