Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The public form allows to send a request for lodgings but not for spaces. We want customers to be able to send booking requests for spaces too.
Describe the solution you'd like
The public form must include a new section (a new tab?) about Spaces.
Customers would select one or multiple spaces and options. The price given to the customer would include everything: lodgings, spaces, shared bedrooms (another to-be-done feature) and include details. Options might be free or have a price.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We currently manage this by email.
Additional context
- Each space will have specific options in the future, but for now let's manage options globally
- Options price could be set in code for now
- Each space could be booked for a specific date range, and customer must define the period (am/pm, all day, evening only)
Scenarii
John wants to book the Hulotte lodging from Sunday to Friday, and is intereted in disc-golf (this is an option). He also wants to book the main hall on Monday (am/pm), and the Classroom from Tuesday to Friday (all day). For these spaces, he wants WiFi and tables. He will be shown a global price and details for the lodging and each space.
Amanda wants to book the Grand-Duc lodging and all spaces from Friday to Sunday for a wedding.
