Customers can book a bivouac spot for a tent #4

People can currently book lodgings using the public form. As we also have bivouac space, they should be able to book a spot for their tent.
Describe the solution you'd like
The public form should include a new option inside the Type d'hébergement section that allows customers to book bivouac spots and inform us about the required space.
Describe alternatives you've considered
They currently send an email to book bivouac spots.
Additional context
- We should be able to define how many spots we have/how many tents we can host, but we can deploy this feature without taking care of this for now (we manually confirm each booking request)
- For now, we don't have to check the availabity for bivouac spots
- Customer must be able to book a lodging + bivouac spots, or bivouac spots only (no lodging)
- Customer must inform us by filling a textfield in: how many tents
- Customer must define how many people will sleep at the bivouac (under Adultes/Enfants/Bébés)
- Customer booking a bivouac space must tick a checkbox to confirm that at least one adult will sleep at the bivouac (no children left alone)
- The price by night/person is 7,5€
