Reporting allows user to set a specific year #11

With the current report, the user can't define a date range.
Describe the solution you'd like
We basically want the user to be able to define a year (starting in 2023 up to current year) that filters report from year beginning to year end.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A date range picker, but this is not required at this stage of the project.
Additional context
- By default, the reports are shown for the current year
- User can select a year from a
<select>field and it reloads the page - Add a "total" row below each month, at the end of the table
