At the moment we have some custom shortcodes and JS/CSS split between the theme and the site files. This task is to clean them up and either:

  1. Correctly split the site specific code out into the site tree
  2. Decide that this theme is not going to be reused outside of the main website, and that everything can just go into the theme structure.
