Recently, the docker caching GitHub workflow not working properly recently resulting in GitHub Actions continuous integration not succeeding possibly.

Temporary Solution

  • Temporarily disabled docker caching in GitHub Action continuous integration
  • Added app-test-container-no-docker-cache.yml GitHub Actions workflow
