Windows ARM64 Support?

is it possible to support Windows ARM64? The Win64-version doesn't work.

well i think so, but i have no arm64 devices to try this on. Is there a github runner for windows arm? if so i can try compile for that

actually now that I think about it, it might not be possible because the github action links with Bonjour libraries which are only available for x86 and x86_64

maybe if one day i figure out how to actually replace bonjour with something else that would be doable but as of now i don't think that arm support is possible (unless bonjour for arm exists?)
