Dual configs required?

Hey, maybe I'm using dippy wrong but right now I'm having to maintain both dippy config and the Claude code permissions file.

I was thinking maybe I should run with dangerously skip so dippy could be the only one handling but then #35 makes that moot.

Is there a way to have dippy automatically allow what Claude already allows? I'm constantly approving Claude and then having to go manually add it into the dippy config or it'll still prompt me.
