Add support to deprecate a flag

At the moment, this provider supports archiving a flag via the archived property. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to deprecate a flag.

Is there any chance deprecating a flag can be supported? 🧡

Hi @afharo ! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I've created a ticket to add this as a feature. Our roadmap is a bit jam-packed at the moment but this should be a quick add so I will see if it can be squeezed in anywhere in the next few weeks. I will touch base here when I have more information :)

We would love this feature as well. We manage several hundred flags with Terraform, and until this is supported we can't practically use the deprecate option.
