Describe the bug
when the path starts with /folder/ you get access denied bc it appends it to the s3 path.

To Reproduce
Error message: Unable to upload /Users/mland/Downloads/adata_prebatch.h5ad to managed bucket: Failed to upload /Users/mland/Downloads/adata_prebatch.h5ad to latch-public//Users/mland/Downloads/adata_prebatch.h5ad: An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the CreateMultipartUpload operation: Access Denied
