Cannot find "Tools" in Basic Orchestrate Method

I am following the tutorial https://docs.dify.ai/workshop/basic/build-ai-image-generation-app . In section 3 Build an Agent, I cannot find a Tool section in Basic Orchestrate method as shown in the picture in the tutorial.

So I cannot add any tools. The following is from my screen.
