- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2/3 or 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 or 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 500g/1 pound or more oats
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes (fine)
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1+ cup cashews
- 1+ cup walnuts
- 1+ cup pecans
- Heat oven to 135 degrees C/275 degrees F
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Pour in wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Distribute over two baking pans lined with baking paper
- Bake 30 mins and then turn and stir, repeat so that the mixture is baked a total of three times
