docs: Seperate sections for Tech stack used, Local Project SetUp, Contributors list. #1448

It would be great if the project documentation had a detailed guideline to set it up locally.
The readme looks pretty bland.
Separate sections like What kind of Tech Stack has been used, Contributors list, Project Setup could add more value to the repository.
