The marker names in the Channels sidebar don't appear to match the markers in the image or the CSV Gating sidebar.

The red marker looks more like aSMA, not PD-1.
The brightest CD4 cells are not being gated first.
Verification steps
- Confirmed that the issue persists across multiple markers
- Confirmed that the issue persists across multiple images
- Opened the same image in OMERO and verified that PD-1 looked like PD-1, aSMA like aSMA, etc.
Debugging steps
- Restarted Gater
- Opened Gater in Incognito mode
