Somewhat blocked by #10.

Skyr should be able to read its config values (default script and script dir) from environment variables. This allows configuring Skyr using dotenv files or direnv.

SKYR_SCRIPT_DIR=dev
SKYR_DEFAULT_SCRIPT=test
