Server Side Shift Still Triggers When You Have Vein Miner Installed On Client

When you have the server side shift feature for people without the mod to be able to vein mine, people with the mod still vein mine with shift. It should strictly vein mine with the hotkey they choose to set but right now it vein mines with the hotkey AND with shift.
