EmptyText in boxselect

Hi,

I am using the boxselect in panel and tried to set the emptyText, the box becomes non-editable. After removing the emptyText config, it returns to be editable again. Could you please kindly advise on how to make the box editable with emptyText? Captured the source and the screen for your reference. Many thanks.

P.S. I am using extJS 4.1.3 to test.
