kobe has the full self-service substrate (POST /v1/leases, CLI/TUI, quotas, pools) but no web UI. A browser portal is the most visible missing piece for adoption: pool/lease inventory, one-click claim/extend/release, and pool health at a glance.
Proposal
Web UI over the existing lease API: pool/lease inventory, claim/extend/release, profile + AccessPolicy views, pool health/observability.
Acceptance
A browser portal performs the core lease lifecycle against the OSS API.
